Compliance Forms
All compliance forms can be obtained through the student handbooks or through their CastleBranch myCB account. All compliance documentation is uploaded to the student’s account through CastleBranch. Compliance questions should be directed to your College of Nursing Office or CastleBranch by calling 888.723.4263 or submitting a request to discover.castlebranch.com/contact-us.
For most BSN programs, compliances are completed annually between May 1 and June 30. For some programs, the dates are campus- and program-specific; students should consult with their campus program to ensure timely submission.
